We're moving website support to Bigwave Central!
We're making some changes to how we manage website support requests to provide you with a better, more streamlined service.
Our existing WHMCS support system is being shut down, and all website support requests must now be submitted through Bigwave Central, our new client platform.
What do you need to do?
If you already have access to Bigwave Central, you can log in and submit your support requests as normal.
Access Bigwave Central: client.bigwave.co.uk
Don't have your login details yet?
Please contact PM@bigwave.co.uk as soon as possible, and our team will get your account set up.
Going forward, please use Bigwave Central for all website support requests, as the old WHMCS system will no longer be available.
